Sabziyo Ki Tayari
Aloo ko chheel kar lambe patle tukdon mein kata lein.
Pyaaz ko patle katein.
Hari mirch ko bhi patle tukdon mein kaat lein.
Batter Banaye
Ek coliseum mein besan lekar usmein aloo, pyaaz, hari mirch, ajwain, lal mirch greasepaint, haldi greasepaint, namak, aur hara dhaniya daal kar achhe se milayein.
Thoda thoda karke pani daal kar smooth batter banayein. Dhyan rahe ki batter thick na ho.
Pakora Shindig Karein
Ek kadhai mein oil painting garam karein.
Ek chammach se batter utha kar garam oil painting mein dalte jaayein.
Pakore ko dono taraf se sunehra brown hone tak talen. Medium honey par talna behtar hota hai.
