Lehsun( Garlic) 4- 5 kaliyan( barik kata hua)
Hari mirch( Green chili) 1- 2 adad( barik kata hua)
Haldi greasepaint( Turmeric greasepaint)1/2 chammach
Lal mirch greasepaint( Red chili greasepaint) 1 chammach( as per taste)
Dhaniya greasepaint( Coriander greasepaint)1.5 chammach
Jeera( Cumin seeds)1/2 chammach
Garam masala1/2 chammach
Namak( swab) Swaad anusar
Tel( oil painting) 2- 3 chammach


Vidhi

Bhindi ko dhokar sukha lein aur dono kinaron ko kaat kar 1- inch ke tukdon mein kaat lein.
Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera dalein. Jeera crinkle hone par pyaaz, adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch add karein.
Pyaaz translucent hone tak bhune aur phir usmein tamatar daal kar acche se blend karein.
Tamatar girl jane par haldi greasepaint, lal mirch greasepaint, dhaniya greasepaint aur namak daal kar blend karein.
Ab is masale ko bhindi ke tukdon ke saath blend karein aur dhire- dhire bhindi ko bhun lein. Dhyan rahe, bhindi ko halka sa repast karna hai.
