Samagri( constituents)

1 mug besan( gram flour)
mug suji( semolina)
1 mug dahi( yogurt)
tablespoon haldi( turmeric greasepaint)
1 tablespoon lal mirch( red chili greasepaint)
1 tablespoon nimbu ka ras( bomb juice)
1 tablespoon eno ya1/2 tablespoon baking soda pop
Namak swaad ke anusaar( as per taste)
2 soupspoons tel( oil painting)
Tadka( Tempering)

2 soupspoons tel( oil painting)
1 tablespoon rai( mustard seeds)
1 tablespoon til( sesame seeds)
Kuch curry patta( many curry leaves)
Hing( asafoetida)
Instructions

Sabse pehle, ek bartan mein besan, suji, dahi, haldi, lal mirch, namak, aur tel ko achhe se blend karein.

Ab is admixture ko smooth batter banane ke liye paani daal kar achhe se whisk karein. Dhyan rahe ki lumps na banein.

Is batter ko 15- 20 twinkles ke liye rest karne ke liye chhod dein.

Steamer ko garam karne ke liye tayyar karein. Agar steamer nahi hai toh aap cooker ka istemaal bhi kar sakte hain.

Batter mein eno ya incinerating soda pop aur nimbu ka ras milayein, phir turant blend karein. Aapko gamesome texture milega.

Ab turant batter ko greased plate ya dhokla moulds mein daal dein.

Steamer mein plate ko rakhein aur medium to high honey par 15- 20 twinkles ke liye brume karein ya poke tak dhokla establishment ho jaye.
