Samagri

Vada Banane Ke Liye

Urad dal- 1 mug
Hing( asafoetida)-1/4 chammach
Rai( mustard seeds)-1/2 chammach
Namak- swad anusar
Pani- vada banane ke liye
Dahi Mein Daalne Ke Liye

Dahi( curd)- 2 mug
Namak- swad anusar
Kala namak( black swab)-1/2 chammach
Bhuna jeera( roasted cumin greasepaint)-1/2 chammach
Lal mirch greasepaint-1/2 chammach
Tadka Ke Liye

Sarson( mustard seeds)-1/2 chammach
Curry patta- 8- 10 patta
Lal mirch( red chili)- 2


Vidhi

Urad dal ko 4- 5 ghanto ke liye bhigo de aur fir use paani se nikal kar acche se mix kar le taki ek smooth paste ban jaye.

Ab isme hing, rai aur namak mila kar achhi tarah se blend karein.

Is admixture ko thoda sa pani daal kar ek smooth batter bana le.

Ab ek kadhai mein garam pani garam karein. poke pani garam ho jaye to isme se chammach se thoda sa batter le kar gol- gol vade bana le.

Vade ko halka golden brown hone tak talne ke liye shindig karein.

Shindig tinge vade ko thanda hone de.

Ek coliseum mein dahi le kar usme namak, kala namak, bhuna jeera aur lal mirch greasepaint mila kar acche se whisk karein.
