How To Make Dal (Lentil Curry)

Dal( lentil curry) banane ke liye, aapko kuch introductory constituents ki zarurat hogi. Yahan ek simple dal form di gayi hai

constituents

1 mug arhar dal( chump pea lentils)
1 medium- sized onion, finely diced
medium- sized tomato, diced
– 3 green chilies, diced
tablespoon gusto- garlic paste
tablespoon turmeric greasepaint
1 tablespoon red chili greasepaint
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida( hing)
1 teaspoon ghee or oil painting
swab to taste
Diced coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions

Dal Ki Preparation

Dal ko dho kar pressure cooker mein daal dein.
Dal mein pani, namak, haldi greasepaint, aur thoda sa oil painting/ ghee daal kar 3- 4 seetiyan bajne tak ubalne dein.
Tempering( Tadka)

Ek visage mein ghee ya oil painting garam karein.
Cumin seeds( jeera) daalein aur unhein crinkle hone tak shindig karein.
Ab ismein hing( asafoetida), diced onions, green chilies aur gusto- garlic paste daalein.
Onions translucent ho jaane tak sauté karein.
Tomato Aur Masale

Ab diced tomatoes daalein aur unhein soft hone tak pakayein.
Add red chili greasepaint, aur dhaniya greasepaint daalein. Mix karein aur masale ko bhunne dein.
Dal Milana

Ab ismein ubali hui dal daal kar acche se blend karein.
Dal ko achhe se milane ke liye ek spatula ka istemal karein.
thickness Check

Dal ki thickness ko check karein. Agar zyada thick pause raha hai, to thoda pani add karein.
