Paani 2 mugs
Namak1/2 tablespoon( ya swaad anusaar)
Banane ka Tarika

Chawal ko acche se dho kar saaf karein, takreeban 2- 3 baar tak pani mein dho kar saaf karna behtar hai.
Ek bartan mein paani garam karein. poke paani garam ho jaaye, usmein thoda sa namak daal dein.
Ab dhoi hui chawalon ko paani mein daal dein.
Chawalon ko ubaalne de. poke paani boil hone lagaye, aanch dheemi kar dein aur dhakkan dhak kar pakne de.
Chawal ko 15- 20 twinkles tak pakne dein. Dheere dheere dekhein ki chawal ubal kar pak gaye hain ya nahi.
poke chawal pak jaayein, gas band karein. Ek chamach se chawal utha kar thoda sa side mein rakh dein, agar chawal aasani se crush ho jaaye toh woh pak gaye hain.

Thoda Rest Chawal pak jaane ke baad thoda rest dena bhi important hai. Chawal ko pakne ke baad kuch der tak dhakkan bandh kar rakhne se woh aur bhi achhe bante hain.
