Ek chhoti bartan mein sushi ginger, cheeni, aur namak milakar garam karen. Mix karein, cheeni aur namak ghul jaaye.
Ab cooked sushi rice ko is admixture se mix karein, taki har grain ginger blend ho jaye. Thoda thanda hone dein.
