Aloo Gobi ek popular North Indian dish hai, jisme aloo( potatoes) aur gobi( cauliflower) ka mishran hota hai. Yeh ek simple aur swadisht sabzi hai. Yahaan ek introductory form di gayi hai

Samagri

Aloo( potatoes) 2 medium size, chhilke utar kar kat liye gaye
Gobi( cauliflower) 1 medium size, phoolon ko chhote tukdon mein kaat liya gaya
Pyaaz( onion) 1 badi, barik kaat liya gaya
Tamatar( tomato) 2 medium size, barik kaat liye gaye
Adrak( gusto) 1 inch ka tukda, kaddukas kiya hua
Lehsun( garlic) 3- 4 kaliyan, barik kaat li gayi
Hari mirch( green chili) 1- 2, barik kaat li gayi( aapke swaad ke anusaar)
Haldi greasepaint( turmeric greasepaint)1/2 chammach
Lal mirch greasepaint( red chili greasepaint) 1 chammach
Dhaniya greasepaint( coriander greasepaint)1.5 chammach
Garam masala1/2 chammach
Namak( swab) Swaad anusar
Tel( oil painting) 2- 3 chammach
Hara dhaniya( fresh coriander) Barik kaat liya gaya( garnish ke liye)


Vidhi

Kadhai mein tel garam karein Kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein pyaaz, adrak, lehsun aur hari mirch daal kar sauté karein poke tak pyaaz golden brown ho jaaye.

Tamatar daal kar bhunein Ab usmein tamatar daal kar achhe se bhunein aur tamatar girl jaaye, poke tak tel alag na ho jaye.
