Khoya Garam Karein

Chini Aur Pani Add Karein

Garam khoye mein chini aur pani daalein.
Ghee Add Karein

  4. Overcooking: Barfi ka mixture overcook na karein. Jab vo thick hone lagta hai aur acche se chhod raha hai, tabhi ise plate par spread karna chahiye. Overcook hone se barfi hard ho sakti hai.
  5. Ghee Quantity: Ghee ka istemal limit mein rakhein. Adhik ghee se barfi oily ho sakti hai.
  6. Nuts Addition: Dry fruits ka sahi tareeke se addition karna important hai. Agar aap excess nuts use karte hain toh barfi ka structure tut sakta hai.
  7. Plate Greasing: Plate ko ghee se achhe se grease karna mat bhoolen. Agar aapne plate sahi se grease nahi ki, to barfi ko nikalna mushkil ho sakta hai.
  8. Setting Time: Barfi ko set hone ke liye sufficient time dena important hai. Jaldi mein barfi ko cut karna na bhoolen, nahi toh vo tut sakti hai.
  9. Taste Testing: Garam barfi ka direct taste test avoid karein. Aapko jal sakti hai. Thoda thanda hone ke baad hi cut karein.
  10. Storage: Barfi ko airtight container mein store karein taki vo fresh rahe.
