Vidhi

Sabse pehle, chhena taiyar karein. Dudh ko ubaalne ke baad usme thoda sa nimbu ya sirka dalen, jisse dudh phatne lage. Phatne ke baad chhena tayyar ho jayega.

Chhena ko achhe se paani se dhokar nichod lein, taki sara khatta dudh bahar nikal jaye.

Ab chhena ko ek saaf kapde mein daal kar use acche se masal lein, takriban 10- 15 nanosecond tak. Isse chhena aur bhi kada ho jayega.
