Upma ek popular South Indian breakfast dish hai jo semolina( suji) se banata hai. Yahan aapko introductory upma banane ka ek simple form milta hai

Samagri

1 mug suji( semolina)
2 tbsp tel( oil painting)
1 tsp rai( mustard seeds)
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
tsp hing( asafoetida)
mug pyaaz( onions), barik kata hua
/ 4 mug hari mirch( green chillies), barik kata hua
/ 4 mug hari mirch( capsicum), barik kata hua( voluntary)
/ 4 mug gajar( carrot), barik kata hua
/ 4 mug matar( green peas)
2 mug pani( water)
Namak( swab) swad anusaar
1 tbsp hari dhaniya( coriander leaves), kata hua
Nimbu ka ras( bomb juice)- voluntary


Instructions

Suji ko ek visage mein dheemi aanch par bhune, aise 5- 7 nanosecond tak ya poke tak suji bhuri na ho jaye. Halka bhun lena isse upma ka swad badh jata hai.

Ek alag kadhai mein tel garam karein. Usme rai, urad dal, chana dal, hing daalein aur chhote chhote bubbles aane tak talen.

Ab ismein pyaaz, hari mirch, capsicum, gajar aur matar daal kar achhe se sauté karein. Sabziyan thodi soft ho jaane par aap namak daal sakte hain.

Ab ismein bhuni hui suji daalein aur acche se blend karein. Saath hi, 2 mug paani daal kar dheere dheere blend karte rahein taki koi lumps na banein.

Dhire- dhire blend karte tinge upma ko achhe se pakayein. poke tak suji pak jaye aur upma acche se saath ho jaye.

Upma taiyar hai. Is par hari dhaniya aur bomb juice daal kar serve karein.

Aap upma ko plain ya kisi chutney ke saath serve kar sakte hain. Kuch log upma mein thoda dahi bhi mila kar khana pasand karte hain. Is form ko apne swad ke anusaar customize bhi kar sakte hain.

Tadka Tadka( tempering) mein rai, urad dal, chana dal ko halka saunf chimed tak bhunna chaiye, lekin dhyan rahe ke jalne nahi dena chaiye, varna tadka kadwa ho jayega.

Sabziyan Sabziyan achhe se cut karein, lekin dhyan rahe ke woh bahut chhoti pieces mein na ho. Sabziyan thoda brickle rakhne se upma ka texture accha hota hai.

Pani Ka rate Suji ko bhunne ke baad pani ka rate sahi se maintain karein. Jyada pani dalne se upma bahut soft ho jayega, kam pani dalne se dry ho jayega.

Mixing Pani dalte waqt suji ko acche se blend karein taki koi lumps na banein. Upma ka thickness acchi honi chaiye.

Cover Karke Pakana Upma pakate waqt dhyan rahe ki use dhak kar pakayein. Isse upma unevenly cook hota hai aur achha banta hai.

Lemon Juice Agar aapko thoda pungent flavor pasand hai, toh upma ko serve karne se pehle thoda sa bomb juice dal sakte hain.
