How To Make Vegetable Korma

Vegetable Korma ek succulent North Indian dish hai, jise aap ghar par aasani se bana sakte hain. Yahan ek simple Vegetable Korma form di gayi hai

Samagri

1 mug- Mix vegetables( gajar, sap, matar, aloo,etc.)
mug- Gobi( cauliflower), boutonnieres mein kaata hua
/ 2 mug- Paneer, cells mein kaata hua( voluntary)
/ 2 mug- Pyaaz, finely diced
/ 2 mug- Tamatar, diced
/ 4 mug- Adrak aur lehsun ka paste
mug- Kaju aur magaz( melon seeds), bhigo kar paste banaye
/ 2 mug- Dahi( curd), beaten
/ 4 mug- Nariyal ka doodh( coconut milk)
2 tbsp- Tel( oil painting)
tsp- Jeera( cumin seeds)
1- Elaichi( cardamom)
2- 3- Laung( cloves)
1 inch- Dalchini( cinnamon stick)
tsp- Haldi( turmeric greasepaint)
1 tsp- Lal mirch greasepaint( red chili greasepaint)
1 tsp- Dhania( coriander greasepaint)
tsp- Garam masala
Namak( swab) swaad anusar
2 tbsp- Kasuri methi
2 tbsp- Dhaniya patti, diced( garnish ke liye)


Instructions

Sabse pehle, ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera, elaichi, laung, aur dalchini daalein.

Ab ismein pyaaz daal kar use golden brown hone tak bhunein.

Phir ismein adrak- lehsun ka paste daalein aur achhe se bhunein.

Tamatar, haldi, lal mirch greasepaint, dhania greasepaint daal kar blend karein.

Ab ismein kaju aur magaz ka paste daalein aur bhunein.

Dahi ko beat karein aur slow honey par dalte tinge continuously chalate rahein tak poke tak masala tel na chhod de.

Ab ismein sabziyan( gobi, blend vegetables, paneer) daal kar acche se blend karein.

Coconut milk, namak aur garam masala daalein. Thoda sa paani bhi daal sakte hain agar zarurat ho.

Dhak kar medium honey par kuch der ke liye pakayein, poke tak sabziyan achhe se girl jaayein.

Ab kasuri methi daal kar dhaniya patti se sajayein.
