10- 12 kokum( dry Garcinia indica) petals
4 mugs water
1 tablespoon cumin seeds( jeera), roasted and ground
tablespoon black swab( kala namak)
tablespoon gemstone swab( sendha namak)
tablespoon roasted cumin greasepaint
tablespoon black pepper greasepaint
1- 2 green chillies, finely diced( voluntary)
teaspoon jaggery or sugar( acclimate according to taste)
Fresh coriander leaves for trim
Ice cells( voluntary)
Instructions
Kokum Petals Ko Prepare Karein
Kokum petals ko 1 mug pani mein soak karein. Use kam se kam 1- 2 ghante ke liye soak hone dein taki vo soft ho jayein.
Kokum Water Banayein
Soaked kokum petals ke saath pani ko blend karke mix karein taki ek smooth admixture ban jaye. Fir, is admixture ko strain karke ek coliseum mein rakhein.
Spices Add Karein
Is simulated kokum water mein roasted cumin greasepaint, black swab, gemstone swab, black pepper greasepaint, diced green chillies, aur jaggery ya sugar ko add karein.
Cumin Seeds Ka Powder Add Karein
teased cumin seeds ko grind karke greasepaint bana lein aur ismein milayein.
Thoda Thanda Karein
Kokum kadi ko thoda thanda hone ke liye refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Garnish Karein
Thanda hone ke baad, fresh coriander leaves se garnish karein.
Serve Karein
