Mixed vegetable raita banane ke liye, aapko kuch introductory constituents ki zarurat hogi. Yahan ek simple form hai

constituents

1 mug dahi( curd/ yogurt)
mug finely diced cucumber
mug grated carrot
mug finely diced onion
mug finely diced tomatoes( planted)
1- 2 green chillies, finely diced( voluntary)
/ 2 tablespoon roasted cumin greasepaint
tablespoon chaat masala
swab to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Instructions

Dahi Taiyar Karein

Dahi ko ek coliseum mein achhe se phent lein, taki vo smooth ho jaye.
Sabziyan Taiyar Karein

Cucumber, carrot, onion, aur tomatoes ko finley chop karein.
Sabziyon Ko Dahi Mein Milayein

Diced vegetables ko dahi mein milayein.
Masale Add Karein

teased cumin greasepaint, chaat masala, diced green chillies, aur swab ko dahi aur sabziyon mein milayein.
Achhe Se Mix Karein

Sabhi constituents ko achhe se blend karein, taki masale unevenly distribute ho jayein.
Thoda Refrigerate Karein

Raita ko thoda sa refrigerator mein thanda hone ke liye rakh dein, taki flavors achhe se mix ho sakein.
